"Quickly and Easily Create High Profit, High Demand, Top Selling Information Products"

Hello,

Would you like to add cash to your bottom line? Do you want to easily create new revenue streams or get more value from your existing customer list?

Do you want to start a new business or make more money from your current business?

Learning to make physical products could be the single most important step you can take

Problem: Learning how to record, edit and produce products can seem immensely complex.

Solution: How to Make Your Own Audio Products on a Shoestring Budget makes it simple.

Perfect for...

  • Existing businesses that want to boost revenue

  • Recording lectures, speeches, classes and sermons

  • Developing audio marketing materials

  • Starting a new business

Get the prestige, publicity and the CASH that comes with being the author of your very own product

You see, there are millions of people on the Internet who want to learn how to do something. They want to know how to cook, to play the piano or self-publish books. There are large groups of hobbyists; people who spend all their spare time and money building model airplanes, attending auctions or learning about video games. There are thousands of professional groups - counselors, accountants, engineers - and even philosophers. There are tens of millions of people who have a problem they are extremely motivated to solve; they want to stop smoking, lose weight, get over irritable bowel syndrome or learn how to use that hard to use software program.

What do all these groups have in common?  They are easy to find, they have a subject they're extremely interested in and are highly motivated to get more information. In short, they're perfect groups to market to.

But maybe you already have a business...

For any kind of business, audio programs can be tremendously valuable. You can....

  • create "how to" products for your industry

  • make a great impression on prospects or customers

  • sell to those folks all over the world instead of just your neighborhood

  • boost revenue by adding a revenue stream for existing customers

  • increase your average sale amount

  • add credibility to your business

  • turn your expertise into cash

I can't think of a single business that wouldn't benefit from an audio product in some way. Let's look at some examples to help you see how products can help your business.

Service Business: Counselor

Off of the top of my head, I can think of three ways making an audio product could help you. A lot of people call people call several counselors before choosing one. If a you had an audio CD titled, "How to Make the Best Choice in Finding a Counselor - and the Seven Mistakes You Must Avoid," you could create a lot of customers from these callers. Simply offer the CD free to anyone that calls that is on the fence. Of course, the CD contains good information about how to choose a counselor and highlights your particular skills and education.

If you specialize in helping people with a particular condition or in a particular situation, you can create a product for those folks. Let's use counseling newly divorced people as an example. You create a product called "Just Divorced - A Step-By-Step Guide to Getting Your Life Back."

Now, you have the ability to sell world-wide rather than just to those who can drive to see you. You now are looked at as the "expert" on that issue.

With just a little bit of editing, you could orient the product toward other counselors. Now, you can sell it to your peers through professional organizations, at conventions or through industry magazines.

Brick & Mortar: Local Hardware Store

Near my house, there's a hardware store for sale. It's family owned and I suspect they've been having a hard time competing with the huge, warehouse-style hardware stores.

What if they offered a series of unique "how to" products on the most common tasks people perform, using the tools they buy at the store. You know, "Six Easy Step for Putting Up Shelves," or "Remodel Your Kitchen - Do It Yourself and Save a Bundle." The bigger chains wouldn't have it and it would build loyalty to the customers. They could also sell these products to their existing customer list via direct mail.

Internet Business: Float Switches

I recently ran across a web site that sells only one product - float switches. It's a low cost item (about $6) and the site sells between 10 and 15 per day (about 4,562/year). The switches are mostly being used by people who have aquariums. Now, do people that have aquariums have a common interest? Sure - how to take care of fish! Lots of people have expensive tropical fish in those things and the fish regularly die. Don't you think a high percentage of them would jump at the chance to get "Care and Feeding of Your Pet Fish - 16 Ways to Keep them Strong and Healthy."

Let's do some numbers...

Suppose this web site had been selling these float switches for 3 years; a total of 13,686 customers. Now let's suppose the owner interviews a local pet store owner who knows lots about fish. The interview makes a nice two CD audio set which has a profit of $35 per sale. The web owner simply mails the offer to his existing customer list and sells to 5% of them. That's 684 immediate sales - $23,940 in revenue right away! If he follows up with new customers, he ads $7983 a year - with almost no work! Now what if his profit is more than $35/sale or what if he is able to convert 10% or 20% of existing customers. What if he makes other audio products of interest to his customers?

The point is this... Your existing business has a customer list. Those customers already trust you enough to buy from you. They'll buy related products from you.

Starting a New Business

What if you don't have an existing business? Well, there's an easy way to locate lots of people interested in a particular subject.

There are literally tens of thousands of professional organizations, trade associations and clubs. These organizations are built around a common interest. They meet regularly and have presenters speak about their industry or hobby. Let me tell you the story of what happened with one such organization...

I recently spoke to a local professional group (the National Guild of Hypnotists, Washington state chapter). I have several products aimed at professional hypnotherapists and hypnosis enthusiasts. After my 45 minute presentation I was allowed to sell my products. The result - $1427 in sales. I also made a product from the speech by recording it (I show you how I did it in How to Make Your Own Audio Products on a Shoestring Budget).

But you don't have to speak in front of groups to take advantage of this business model.

If I had to start from scratch, here's what I'd do. I'd do some research to locate local meetings for a group of hobbyists or a professional organization. I'd approach future meeting presenters with the idea of recording their presentation and splitting the profits from future sales. I'd record the presentation and market it back to the group through the meetings, industry or hobby related magazines and industry or hobby related web sites.

You can get started with very little outlay and quickly get cash rolling in.

Minister

As a minister you may be looking for ways to drive more revenue to your organization. Or you may simply be looking for ways to get your message to more people. How many people are physically unable to attend but want to hear what you have to say? How many are away on business or vacation but still wish to feel connected to the church? How many have moved but still need to connect with your message of hope? Well, record those sermons and give people the chance!

Build your own auto-pilot cash generating machine with an audio program and the internet

Several years ago, I was relaxing in Sedona, Arizona and I got a call from a client. He had a problem he needed to take care of immediately and there I was out of town. I began to wonder if what would happen if I had a program that could help this man, so I wouldn't have to be there in person.

Then it hit me, "What about selling programs on the internet?" I could take the same stuff I do every day with clients and turn it into products with millions of potential customers! That's millions of people I could help too. I went home and quickly made a product around a specific client problem. Years later, that product still generates an average of $1243.95 per month - with almost no additional work on my part!

The orders come in, I ship them out (it takes a few minutes a day). Every once-in-a-while, I have to call my manufacturer and tell them to make more, that's about all I have to do.

Now, that's just one product. What if you have several? I have one that's on track to generate $6802.50 this year, another that's set to make $10,317.00 and so on... When you add up all the products, the money is not bad, especially for the amount of work I do. The more products I create, the more money I make. When I want to give myself a raise, I make another product.

And let me say once again, it takes almost no time or effort to run this part of my business once the product is made.

Let's look at today as an example...

So far today I've had $347.55 in sales come in from my web sites (I'm not saying that's a lot, but multiply it by 365 and see what you get). I walked over to the cabinet where I keep my stock and grabbed two Priority Mail envelopes and one plain box. I stuck the products in the boxes and envelopes and slapped labels on them. I drove to the Post Office on my way into town and mailed them. The whole thing couldn't have taken more than 25 minutes. I also answered one phone call from Greece (I love it when people call and ask how they can send me money) and answered a couple of emails.

The rest of the day was free. I could be seeing clients, at the beach, a movie, playing basketball (like I do Friday mornings) or out of town. The cash keeps rolling in no matter what I'm doing. Who wouldn't want to add that kind of money to the bottom line and add that kind of freedom to their life?

"But I Don't Know Nuttin' 'Bout Makin' No Audio Products!"

Yeah, I know. You might think it's too complex and technical, too expensive or that you have to be some sort of audio wiz to make recordings. Let's take a look.

Too complex, technical and expensive?

Walk in to any music or pro audio store and you'll likely get the idea it will cost you thousands of dollars to get started recording good quality audio. It will also take you weeks just to learn how to run the gear (if you ever learn how).

But did you know, with most computers, all you need is a $30 microphone and some free software and you can make high quality voice recordings? You just have to plug in one cable! I'll even show you how to add music.

Do I need to be an audio wizard?

Nope. If you can open your mouth, turn your computer on and open up a program, I'll show you how to do the rest. It's no more difficult than running any other basic piece of software and remember - the software is free, and it works on both Macs and PCs.

It's easy if you know how. If you don't, it could take you years to learn on your own.

You get step-by-step, easy to follow instructions that will have you creating a money-making machine in practically no time at all...

STOP...This program is not for everyone

Let me tell you who it's not for, and what it will not do.

This program is not for you if...

  • you are embarrassed to make money. If you have what I call a "poverty consciousness," you won't be successful with this program.

  • you are an audiophile and want to know super-sophisticated audio techniques. This program was created to show you how to record professional sounding audio products on a budget, not to explore frequency responses, sampling rates and complex acoustics. It is practical, not theoretical.

  • you can't turn on a computer or start a program. To use this program you need basic computer skills.

  • you expect to spend no money getting started. Notice, it's called How to Make Your Own Audio Products on a Shoestring Budget, not How to Make Your Own Audio Products without Spending a Single Penny. Yes, it's true, most people can spend $30 on the right microphone and make perfectly good, professional sounding spoken word audio recordings with it. However, I show you a variety of recording scenarios and some of them require slightly different equipment. If you're going to record small groups for instance, you'll need a different mic. You may have to spend $50 here or $70 there depending on what you wish to accomplish. You can recover the cost of even the most extravagant piece of gear I recommend with the first few sales of your audio product. The rest is gravy.

This product will not...

  • create your product for you. I'll give you plenty of pointers to help get your brain generating great audio program ideas but you'll have to come up with the product idea yourself and at least generate an outline. Here's what you can do. Pick a marketable subject, generate a 10 point outline and have a friend come over and ask you questions based on the ten points. "Tell me, what's the most important thing you've found to help stop nail biting?" "Well George, the first thing I tell someone who bites their nails is..." Talk just five minutes on each point and you've got a very informative, valuable audio CD.

So if you want money rolling in, create multiple high profit, high demand audio products...

Hi Keith,

Just wanted to let you know how helpful your How to Make Your Own Audio Products on a Shoestring Budget program has been.

I've been meaning to create my own CDs for a couple of years now, but I m not particularly computer oriented and it just seemed too daunting.

Then I ran across your program and watched the instructions on your DVDs. You explained the process so well, in such simple terms, that I was able to watch the first DVD only once. I watched the next DVD a second time, making a few notes as I went. Then I went to my computer, downloaded the free software that you told us about, and immediately--I mean within minutes! began recording my script to my computer. One hour later I was adding music, and one hour after that I burned my first professional quality CD.

It sounds great! Thank you!

I highly recommend How to Make Your Own Audio Products on a Shoestring Budget. If anyone has any hesitation about trying your program, they are welcome to contact me.
